SantiMaris Santorini Boat Rental - Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with a boat reservation, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellations by SantiMaris Boat Rental

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your boat rental due to strong winds or heavy rain conditions. If this happens:

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule your rental for another available date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the booking fee, excluding any applicable processing fees.

We do everything we can to keep your plans intact when you rent a boat in Santorini with us.

In very rare cases, unforeseen mechanical issues may affect boat availability. Should such a situation arise, we will do our utmost to provide a suitable replacement vessel. If no alternative is immediately available, you will have the option to reschedule your rental for another convenient date or receive a full refund of your deposit. At SantiMaris Boat Rental, we prioritize your experience and satisfaction, and we are fully committed to transparency and support in every step of your booking.

Cancellations by the Customer

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • 11 or more days before the rental date:
    You will receive a full refund, excluding e-Commerce processing fees.
  • Within 10 days prior to the rental date:
    Unfortunately, no refund is provided for cancellations within this timeframe.

We recommend confirming your schedule before you proceed to rent a boat in Santorini, especially during peak season when availability is limited.

Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation date. If your tour was cancelled due to heavy winds and rescheduling was not possible, we will proceed with a full refund minus processing fees.
